General rules:
1.Every registered team should submit an abstract of their paper on any topic that falls under the given spectrum.
2.The abstract should be in IEEE A4 2 column format and should not exceed 1000 words.
3. One contestant can send more than one abstract but registration for each paper is to be done separately.
4.Abstract should contain the name of the participants, email id, phone number and name of their institute.
